Are there themes for internet explorer 9

Hi, Based on my research there is no option to change the theme or skin color for Internet Explorer 9, you can try to change the desktop theme and this will automatically change the Internet Explorer theme as well. To change the desktop theme in Windows 7, refer to the link provided below.

There is many themes around dropped support for IE9. I suggest that you press 'F12' in IE, look at the console and sort the issues. Ok, I've just reinstalled M2. The lib.
